Friday wishlist...

Hi lovelies! Hope you are all well. I'm taking a bit of a break from studying and find myself browsing the ASOS website trying to find any more bargains to make the best of their 25% off for students deal. Here's a few things that I wish I could buy...

I'm pretty sure that my skin will be terrible before I bite the bullet and just buy one of these. Do you recommend them?

This just looks amazing...

I think these might be the most beautiful watches ever made?

What's on your wishlist at the moment?

October Empties

Hi lovelies. Sorry for the horrendous lack of posting...third year is literally manic and I'm trying to save a bit of money at the moment! But we'll be back to normal service soon!

1) Dove Intensive Repair Shampoo and Conditioner

I love this series! The shampoo smells faintly of banana, and makes your hair feel clean and soft. For the price I think this is a great product and I'd definitely repurchase.

2) Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Reconstructor

I don't think there's anyone out there in the beauty world that won't have tried this product but if not...definitely give it a go! I don't think it's a miracle product but it makes my hair more manageable and makes it smell divine with a lovely peach scent.

3) Body Shop Vitamin E Intense Moisture Cream

I've actually had this since last year and found it an amazing product for winter as my skin got horribly dry. I think this works well for dry skin but as my skin is more oily currently I haven't really used it. I think £9.00 full price is quite expensive for what it is but Body Shop always have 40% off things going on online so look out for those...

4) Palmer Cocoa Butter Lip Balm

I loveeee this. Great smell and leaves lips soft and moisturised. Couldn't ask for more.

Have you used these products? If so, what did you think?

What's In My Handbag freebie: Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm

So I received a surprise delivery today from Whats In My! I literally don't even remember signing up to try this product so was rather surprised...

I had never really heard about this product before but being a student and all, What's In My Handbag is a great way to try high end products that I wouldn't want to risk buying just to "try out".

Turns out this product retails at £34.00 per 100ml, wow!

Key ingredients include:

Moringa seed extract, Wild Sea Fennel and Vitamin E:
 >Balance, purify and help to minimise the appearance of open pores
Orange, Neroli and Mandarin extracts:
> Rejuvenates and revitalises the skin.
Jasmine, cedarwood and Rose:
> Helps to recondition dull, dry, dehydrated and mature skins

The directions of use are:

Mix a few drops of warm water with a little Moringa Cleansing Balm in the palm of your hand to create a milk. Apply to the face, neck and eye area using circular motions and massage thoroughly to melt away make-up, excess oils and grime.  To remove, soak your professional cleansing cloth in warm water squeeze out the excess and gently wipe over the whole face and neck, taking extra care around the delicate eye area.  Use the gently abrasive muslin side of the cloth to exfoliate dry, lined, thickened and congested areas and the smoother micro fibre side for more delicate and sensitive areas. Skin is left feeling clean, smooth and supple; never tight. Use morning and night.

I was really impressed that I received the cleansing cloth with the balm considering the cost of the product. I haven't used it yet as have already put up on my make up for the day but will let you know how I find it. All I think so far is that it smells divine!

Has anyone else received or used this product? What did you think?

Help! My foundation has ran out...

So today when I was putting on my make up and dragging myself to the library, the last of my Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation ran out. I have been using this product pretty much everyday now for the last few months and have been really impressed by it. It's not too heavy and makes my skin look even toned, dewy and natural. It is definitely a product that has been well loved by the blogging community too...

Do you think I should stay with this foundation or try a new one? I already have the Rimmel Wake Me Up foundation but unfortunately this is at home! Is there any great offers out there currently on certain foundations?
Is there a foundation you think is really worth the hype?

Let me know. xxx

A quick update!

(I am wearing a Christmas jumper today. No regrets)

So sorry for the lack of posts, I know I know I'm an awful person. Unfortunately I am absolutely swamped with third year university work! I'll have lots of lovely posts coming up soon, as definitely need some relaxation!

I am off to the Shakespeare Institute in Stratford Upon Avon today to see a adaptation of Romeo and Juliet. I am excited!

What have you been up to? Anyone else's university workload really starting to get ridiculous?! xxx

Outfit of the day!

Hey guys! Just a quick update to show you what I'm wearing today....This is my first outfit post ever! Sorry that the photos are awful, evidently there's nowhere to take photos in my university house other than in a mirror. Sorrrrry!

Leather Jacket: Miss Selfridge
Scarf: Forever 21
Skirt: ASOS
Bag: Zara

Top: Primark

Just my standard everyday make up...

My hair seriously needs redyeing but last time I dyed my hair my housemate freaked out at the smell of hair dye (she's really tidy...) and yeah. I'm tempted to let me roots grow out but oh god they're awful. What do you think?!

I'm seeing my boyfriend after two weeks today and I won't see him until like 10pm so I'm just dying waiting about, come on Fridayyyy it's time to hurry up!!

Models Own Haul

Hi lovelies! I'm guessing you all heard about Model Owns half price as a result of reaching 100,000 likes on their Facebook page. Of course at £2.50 each I just had to order a few things!

From Left to Right:

Pearly Queen
Jade Stone
Beth's Blue
Pink Fizz
Juicy Jules

I think my favourite is Pearly Queen, it's just gorgeous.

I'm hoping Jade Stone will be a very similar finish to Essie's Mint Candy Apple:

I'm very excited about the glitters too.

Wow it definitely feels like a Sunday today. I'm looking forward to watching some X Factor later. I've read a whole Shakespeare play today (As You Like It)! One of the great things about studying English is you do get to study a huge variety of texts and become a speed reader. Sometimes I wish I didn't have to read all the time though...Any other people get what I mean?!

What are your favourites?
